Your use of this website means that you have agreed to the following terms of use. Please note we may change these terms of use at any time, without notice.


All material on this site, including but not limited to images and logos, is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights owner by The Soulful Box.

PRICING & GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are advertised inclusive of GST.


Our website may contain links to other website which we do not control. We are not responsible or liable for any content contained in these links and you visit these third party websites at your own risk. We are not to be held liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods or services through these Third Party websites.


Due to the nature of our business we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an already completed order. If you contact us prior to your gift box being made we MAY be able to make product changes on request, but this is not guaranteed.

Please note there may be some minor variations in products featured on our website and those you receive due to the nature of small batch production and local availability. We will always inform you of any significant changes that may impact your order.


We understand the importance of timely and accurate delivery and always endeavour to deliver your The Soulful Box gift box as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. However, as we use a number of delivery carriers, delays out of our control may result in your Gift Box being delivered later than scheduled. We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order or offer a refund on orders due to late delivery time.

In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at contact@thesoulfulbox.com.au and we will follow up.

Please note: Orders returned to The Soulful Box due to incorrect address, failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-delivery fee.


Products may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or damaged. No refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Faulty orders will be refunded if the correct process (outlined below) is undertaken.

If a product is found to be faulty, we must be notified via email (contact@thesoulfulbox.com.au) within 7 days and have outlined detail of the faulty product/s.


We reserve the right to accept or reject any order made through our website, for any reason including but not limited to if the products requested are not available, errors with payment processing, there are errors in the price or description of products you are trying to purchase or there is the possibility of fraud.
